Band Booster Club Scholarship
Overview
This scholarship has been established by the Shawnee Heights High School Band Booster Club. This scholarship consists of a monetary grant of an amount to be established each year by the Band Booster Club. The scholarship will normally be awarded to one graduating senior in any academic year.
Scholarship Requirements
- A graduating senior at Shawnee Heights High School, having been enrolled in Marching Band, Symphonic band and/or Concert band for at least seven (7) semesters.
- Earning a minimum overall GPA of 2.5 and at least a 20 on their ACT.
- Enroll in a degree-granting postsecondary education program within three (3) months of receiving the scholarship.
- The Band Director will verify that these eligibility criteria are met for each candidate who submits an application.
